Tap In Systems wins Under The Radar best cloud management

Last Friday was the Under the Radar Cloud Computing conference held at Microsoft's campus in Silicon Valley. Tap In Systems participated in the Cloud Management category, and we won the Judges Choice award in our category! You can follow the links on the following page to see our presentation.

Here are of my few notes:

The event was well attended by VC, start up companies, and press, attesting to the continued huge interest in the cloud. The companies participating were equally diverse.
The panel discussions which included CTOs and executives from large companies focused on how the cloud could address the enterprise's needs. Clearly there is a lot of interest in cloud computing, but there are obstacles that need to be addressed before enterprises totally embrace the cloud.
This point echoed our theme, which was that from an operational perspective, cloud vendors need to enable their services to be more transparent and provide a way for their services to be more easily managed by enterprise IT operation organizations. I believe we won our category because the judges agreed with this perspective.
With the short time allocated to each presentation, I don't think I adequately showed how comprehensive and deep our management capability is - especially compared to other products and services in the market. I'll have to address this in our future marketing efforts.
